Connect Datailo

Connect Datailo to the assistant you already use. Every request is signed in: the first time, sign in with your email (a free account, no password), in the chat or with your client's Sign in. Menu names change between versions — the address is what matters.

Claude (Desktop and claude.ai)

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name: Datailo, URL:

https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp

Every request is signed in: sign in once with your email (a free account, one email, no password). Choose the client's OAuth sign-in to stay signed in across every chat, or ask the assistant to sign you in with your email in the chat. “Sign in now” keeps you signed in across chats.

ChatGPT

Settings → Security and login → Developer mode on (paid plans, web). Then add a plugin/connector (the + button) with this URL:

https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp

Before the first answer ChatGPT offers to sign in: enter your email once (a free account) and you stay signed in.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http datailo https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp

Then run /mcp to sign in with OAuth, or add a key: --header "Authorization: Bearer dat_…".

Cursor

Add to Cursor, or in ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "datailo": {
      "url": "https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

VS Code

code --add-mcp '{"name":"datailo","type":"http","url":"https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp"}'

Codex CLI

In ~/.codex/config.toml:

[mcp_servers.datailo]
url = "https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp"

For a key, set bearer_token_env_var = "DATAILO_KEY" and export it.

Gemini CLI

In ~/.gemini/settings.json:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "datailo": {
      "httpUrl": "https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Windsurf

In mcp_config.json:

Every call except sign-in needs a free account with your email: sign in in the chat (datailo_connect) or with OAuth 2.1 (discovery at https://mcp.datailo.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource), or a header Authorization: Bearer dat_…, or — only if your client has neither — https://mcp.datailo.com/mcp?key=dat_… (treat that URL as a password).
